Every N-Acetyl Selank Amidate protocol on file, 6 in all, labelled by where each number came from.
Note: From a page for N-acetyl Selank that does not separate the amidate. The guide says its ranges are extrapolated from Selank and community practice.
Note: The same site lists a molecular weight of 864 Da, well off the 792.9 g/mol the sequence gives, so treat its numbers with care.
Note: Built from the plain Selank label for a spray that gives 300 mcg per pump; the guide says no official dose exists for this variant.
Note: The guide cuts the Selank dose because it reports the variant as 2 to 3 times more potent, which no study has measured. It starts at 150 mcg and titrates up without giving steps. It does not name a route; its other Selank tables are nasal.
Note: One user says low doses of 100 to 300 mcg felt best and higher doses did nothing more. Another ran 200 mcg twice a day for 5 days and stopped over insomnia.
Note: Single users. One felt nothing nasally until a 750 mcg injection, which calmed anxiety for about 12 hours; another calls 500 to 700 mcg the sweet spot.
Doses shown are what sources report, labelled by origin. Not medical advice.
Diluent: Bacteriostatic water for injection; sterile saline for nasal sprays
No source gives a water volume for this variant. Users mixing sprays report anything from 100 mcg to about 1 mg per pump, so work out your own concentration and calibrate the pump on a known volume.
Guides range from 150 to 900 mcg a day, mostly as nasal sprays. One user who likes it nasally stays at 100 to 300 mcg; under the skin, 500 to 750 mcg once a day comes up. No label or trial dose exists.
One r/Peptides user runs that and likes it; the top reply calls it far too high. It sits well above the 100 to 900 mcg per dose that guides and most users describe, and high doses are where users report brain fog and memory trouble.
Nobody has measured it. One user of an N-acetyl Selank spray (the thread does not say amidate) describes about 4 hours, and another describes about 12 hours of calm from a 750 mcg amidate injection. Guide half-life estimates range from 10 to 20 minutes to 4 to 6 hours.
