What the numbers say

  • 14% of the 428 dose protocols we track come only from studies or regulators. 61% come from guides published by other sites and sellers. The rest is what communities report.
  • Healing & recovery: 94 dose protocols, zero from a study or regulator. Every dose in this category traces back to a guide or a community report.
  • 4 compounds have animal data only, and 55 dose protocols between them. 5-Amino-1MQ, IGF-1 LR3, KPV, TB-500. Guides and forums list doses anyway.

Where the dose protocols come from

Share of dose protocols by origin. A protocol counts as study-backed only when every source behind it is a study or a regulator.

How it is counted

Every count is computed in code from the same records that build the peptide pages. No model writes a number here.

Dose protocols carry the weakest origin among their sources. A dose cited to a trial and to a forum counts as community-reported, so the study share is a floor, never a flattering guess.

Sources are counted once per page and origin. A guide that also collects forum reports counts once as a guide and once as community. Clinical studies include animal studies; the evidence column says whether any human trials exist.

A compound in two categories counts in both. Full rules on the methodology page.
