5-Amino-1MQ
5 amino 1mq · 5-Amino-1-methylquinolinium · 5-Amino-1-methylquinolinium iodide
5-Amino-1MQ is a small synthetic molecule, not a peptide, that blocks the enzyme NNMT. It is sold beside peptides, mostly as 50 mg oral capsules and sometimes as injectable vials. In obese mice it cut body weight and fat without changing food intake. No human trial exists, so every human dose you see is community or guide practice, and oral and injected doses sit on very different scales.

Adamax
Adamax 1032 · Adamax 1033 · Adamax 1034
Adamax is a nootropic peptide sold as a longer-lasting Semax. Its developer describes it as Semax with an acetyl cap on the front and an adamantane group on the back, and has said it launched with no research of any kind. We found no human study, no animal study and no pharmacokinetic data. Two versions circulate, about 984 Da without adamantane and about 1032 Da with it, and some buyers report lab tests showing plain N-acetyl Semax. Every dose on this page is a vendor suggestion or a user report.

AOD-9604
AOD9604 · AOD 9604 · Advanced Obesity Drug
AOD-9604 is a 16 amino acid fragment of the tail end of human growth hormone, built to keep GH's fat-burning signal without its growth effects. It was developed as an oral obesity drug, and its biggest trial failed to beat placebo. Today people inject it under the skin, usually next to a GLP-1, at doses no trial ever tested. It is not FDA approved, has no lawful 503A compounding route, and is banned in sport.

BPC-157
BPC 157 · Body Protection Compound 157 · Pentadecapeptide BPC 157
A synthetic 15 amino acid peptide (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, about 1,419 Da) based on a fragment of a protein in human gastric juice. People run it for tendons, muscles, joints and the gut. The animal data run deep. The human data are three tiny uncontrolled reports, with real trials only now registered. Not approved anywhere.

BPC-157 + TB-500 blend
Wolverine stack · Wolverine blend · BPC-157/TB-500 blend
BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial at 1:1: a 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of each, a 20 mg vial 10 mg of each. It is the best-known healing stack. The catch is the fixed ratio: BPC-157 is usually dosed daily and TB-500 in big weekly loads, so one vial cannot copy both schedules. No human trial has tested the pair at these doses.

Cagrilintide
Cagri · Cag · Cagri peptide
Cagrilintide is a long-acting, lab-made version of amylin, the fullness hormone your pancreas releases with insulin after meals. Novo Nordisk added a fatty-acid chain so one shot lasts about a week. It hits a different receptor family from GLP-1 drugs, so most people use it as an add-on to semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide. Paired with semaglutide it is CagriSema, which has phase 3 data and a pending FDA filing. Cagrilintide on its own is not approved anywhere.

CJC-1295
CJC-1295 with DAC · DAC:GRF · CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 is a lab-made GHRH analog that tells the pituitary to release more growth hormone. It comes in two very different forms. With DAC it binds to albumin and works for about a week. Without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) it clears in hours and gives a short pulse. Labels often say 'CJC-1295' for the no-DAC product, so check which one you have before you dose.

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin
CJC-1295/ipamorelin · CJC/Ipa · CJC ipa blend
The most popular GH peptide pairing. CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) amplifies the growth hormone pulse, and ipamorelin triggers it. It comes as two vials or one pre-mixed vial. The common 10 mg blend holds 5 mg of each, not 10 mg of each. No human trial has tested this pair, so every dose here is a guide or community convention.

DSIP
Delta sleep-inducing peptide · Emideltide · Emideltide acetate
DSIP is a 9-amino-acid peptide found in 1977 in the blood of sleeping rabbits and named for deep, slow-wave sleep. People inject 100 to 300 mcg before bed hoping to fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. The catch: no receptor has ever been found, the human trials are small 1980s IV studies with mixed results, and plenty of users on r/Peptides report it did nothing or kept them awake. It is not FDA approved, and an FDA panel voted against allowing it in compounding in July 2026.

Epitalon is a synthetic four amino acid peptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) modeled on epithalamin, a Russian pineal gland extract. People take it for longevity and telomeres, but sleep is what they report most. Guides run 5 to 10 mg a day for 10 to 20 days, a figure that traces to the extract. The human epitalon studies used 0.01 to 0.5 mg. Not FDA approved.

GHK-Cu
Copper peptide · Copper tripeptide-1 · GHK copper
A three amino acid peptide (glycine, histidine, lysine) bound to copper. Your body makes it: plasma levels run about 200 ng/mL at 20 and 80 ng/mL by 60. People use it for skin, hair and healing, on the skin or by injection. The human evidence is all topical. Injection has none, and the injected dose varies 10 to 30 fold between guides.

GHRP-2 and GHRP-6
GHRP-2 · GHRP-6 · Pralmorelin
GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are two six-amino-acid peptides that switch on the ghrelin (hunger hormone) receptor. That fires a GH pulse and, to different degrees, raises appetite, cortisol and prolactin. GHRP-2 gives more GH per mcg with milder hunger. GHRP-6 brings strong hunger, which is why bulkers like it. GHRP-2 is a licensed diagnostic drug in Japan; neither is approved in the US.

IGF-1 LR3
Long R3 IGF-I · LR3IGF-I · IGF LR3
IGF-1 LR3 is a lab-made version of IGF-1, the hormone GH tells your liver to make. Two changes keep it from sticking to the binding proteins that normally park IGF-1, so more of it is free to act. It was built as a cell-culture reagent, not a drug, and has never been tested in a human study. Bodybuilders run it at 20 to 40 mcg a day, with carbs.

Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid peptide that triggers a short burst of your own growth hormone. It is a GH secretagogue, not GH. People like it because, in the animal work that defined it, it released GH without the cortisol bump other GHRPs cause. Human data are short IV studies only, so the doses people run come from guides and community convention.

NAD+
NAD · NAD plus · Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide
NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell burns to make energy and run repair enzymes. It is not a peptide, but it is sold like one: powder in a vial, mixed and injected. Home users inject 25 to 100 mg under the skin a few times a week; clinics drip 250 to 1,000 mg by IV. Swallowed NAD+ barely absorbs. No controlled human trial has set a subQ dose, and the IV data is small and rough on tolerability.

PT-141, or bremelanotide, is a 7-amino-acid peptide that turns up sexual desire through melanocortin receptors in the brain. It is FDA approved as Vyleesi, a 1.75 mg shot women take at least 45 minutes before sex, no more than once a day and 8 times a month. Men use it off label at 1 to 3 mg, often with Cialis. The trade-off is nausea: 40% got it in the phase 3 trials. Frequent dosing also darkens skin.

Semaglutide is a once-weekly GLP-1 receptor agonist from Novo Nordisk, a modified gut hormone built to last about a week in the blood. It is FDA approved as Ozempic, Rybelsus and Ozempic tablets for type 2 diabetes and as Wegovy for weight, heart risk and MASH, in weekly shots, daily tablets and a 7.2 mg high dose. Many people instead use compounded pharmacy vials or research-labeled powder, which have no trial data of their own. In STEP 1, 2.4 mg weekly averaged about 15% weight loss, and about two-thirds of it came back within a year of stopping.

It was once an FDA-approved drug (Geref) for children with GH deficiency, then pulled from the market for commercial reasons, not safety. Today it is a clinic and self-use staple at 200 to 300 mcg before bed.

Tesamorelin is the only GHRH analog with current FDA approval. It makes your pituitary release more of your own growth hormone, which raises IGF-1. In Phase 3 trials it cut visceral belly fat by about 15% in adults with HIV-related fat gain. That approval and that data are why it stands apart from every other GH peptide. Off label, people run it for belly fat and recomposition.
