How much is known

Animal data only

Animal and cell only. Oral KPV reduced DSS and TNBS colitis in mice through PepT1, sped recovery in two mouse colitis models, and reduced inflammation-driven tumours in a PepT1-dependent mouse model. Nanoparticle and hydrogel delivery has been tested in rodents. No KPV trials are registered.
