No rate. One r/Mazdutide poster reports heavy diarrhea at 6 mg on top of tirzepatide 7.5 mg, which settled after dropping to 4 mg

How much is known

Strong human trials

Phase 1 and 2 trials in China and the US, and several phase 3 trials in Chinese adults: GLORY-1 (610 people), GLORY-2 (461) and two type 2 diabetes trials (320 and 731). Approved in China in 2025. Data outside Chinese populations is limited to the US phase 2 trial (179 people). Research vials, mixing from powder, and community dose ranges have never been tested.
