Every Adipotide protocol on file, 7 in all, labelled by where each number came from. 1 have titration steps, each step is worked out in U-100 units for a 10 mg vial + 3 mL water.
Who: Men with metastatic prostate cancer and obesity (BMI over 30) in a Phase 1 dose-escalation trial at MD Anderson. Up to 5 dose levels were planned; 4 people enrolled.
Note: This was only the starting level of a trial that was terminated with no results posted. It is not a proven safe or effective dose. The protocol required good kidney function and banned NSAIDs and other kidney-stressing drugs.

The peptidedosages charts scale the water to the vial so every size lands near 3.33 mg/mL. Inject the water down the vial wall and swirl, do not shake.
In the fixed-dose study, 10 obese rhesus monkeys on 0.43 mg/kg a day for 4 weeks lost 7.4 to 14.7% of body weight, while controls changed between +1.0 and -3.5%. Press coverage rounded this to about 11%.
There is no proven human dose. A competitor chart climbs from 250 mcg to 1 mg a day over 8 weeks. Reddit users report 300 mcg to 1 mg a day for 2 to 3 weeks, 2 to 3 mg a day for about 4 weeks, and a few go to 4 or 5 mg.
The common choice is 3 mL of bacteriostatic water, about 3.33 mg/mL. On a U-100 syringe, 1 unit is then about 33 mcg, so 250 mcg is 7.5 units and 1 mg is 30 units.
Short. The monkey study and the human trial both ran 28 days. Community runs are 15 to 30 days, often followed by at least 4 weeks off. A competitor chart goes to 8 weeks.
