Every Gonadorelin protocol on file, 11 in all, labelled by where each number came from. 2 have titration steps, each step is worked out in U-100 units for a 2 mg vial + 2 mL water.

A 2 mg vial in 2 mL gives 1 mg per mL, so 100 mcg is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. One calculator site mislabels its 10 mg in 1 mL default as 5 mg per mL; check the math for your own vial.
Guides and community summaries cluster at 100 to 200 mcg under the skin, 2 to 3 times a week, for as long as TRT runs. Some clinics use 50 to 100 mcg. No trial has tested any of these doses in men on TRT.
For the Factrel pituitary test, 100 mcg once, under the skin or IV, with blood drawn over the next 2 hours. For fertility, pumps gave about 5 to 20 mcg every 90 to 120 minutes.
Unknown. Gonadorelin clears from blood within minutes, and no study has measured testicular size or sperm on that schedule in men on TRT. The studied regimens are pumps that pulse all day.
With a 2 mg vial and 2 mL of water (1 mg per mL), 100 mcg is 10 units. With a 10 mg vial and 2 mL (5 mg per mL), it is 2 units. Use the calculator for your vial.
