Who: Adults using research vials of kisspeptin-10. Guides do not give separate doses for men and women.
Timing: Any consistent time; rotate injection sites.
Note: One guide warns against nonstop use because the LH response can fade. No trial has tested daily 100 to 200 mcg shots.
Timing: Often before sleep.
Note: Twice-daily kisspeptin-54 in women with hypothalamic amenorrhea caused near-complete loss of response, so split dosing is not obviously better.
Who: Mostly men on TRT, per community summaries citing r/Testosterone, TRT communities and peptide forums.
Note: In one site's self-reported logs, the most common amount per shot was 200 to 400 mcg, with reports from 100 to 1,000 mcg. A daily 100 mcg version and multiple small shots a day also come up. None of this has been tested in a trial.
Who: Women undergoing IVF at high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (60 women).
Timing: Eggs were collected 36 hours after the injection.
Note: This is kisspeptin-54, not the kisspeptin-10 sold in vials, and nmol/kg does not convert to vial mcg without the molecular weight. Eggs matured in 95% of women and none developed moderate or severe OHSS.
Who: Women with hypothalamic amenorrhea, 5 per group.
Note: Kisspeptin-54. Twice-weekly dosing caused only partial loss of response; twice-daily dosing caused complete tolerance. No adverse effects were seen.
Who: Healthy women with normal cycles, 5 per arm.
Note: Kisspeptin-54. Cycles continued in every woman and were slightly shorter (26.8 vs 28.6 days on saline).
Who: One 17-year-old male with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, in an FDA adverse event report.
Note: A real-world prescription use, not a trial. The report noted weight gain and a rise in estrone; FDA said the link was unclear.
Who: Healthy men.
Note: LH rose within 30 minutes. The response peaked at 1 mcg/kg; 3 mcg/kg gave a smaller rise than 1 mcg/kg. Dosed by body weight in a lab, not a home protocol.
Who: Healthy men, 4 per infusion group.
Note: 4 mcg/kg per hour for 22.5 hours raised testosterone from 16.6 to 24.0 nmol/L. 1.5 mcg/kg per hour raised LH and LH pulse frequency. These are lab IV infusions dosed by body weight, not a home protocol.

Water volumes sources use: 1 mL, 1.5 mL, 2 mL, 2.5 mL, 3 mL
2 mL in a 10 mg vial is the default in one guide, giving 5 mg per mL. At mcg doses from a 10 mg vial, each syringe unit holds a lot of peptide, so let the calculator turn your dose into units.
Guides run 100 to 200 mcg under the skin once a day, with 50 to 100 mcg as a low start. Community summaries more often describe 100 to 200 mcg two or three times a week. No trial has tested either schedule.
Mostly per-kg doses by IV: kisspeptin-10 boluses of 0.01 to 3 mcg/kg peaked at 1 mcg/kg, and infusions ran 1.5 to 4 mcg/kg per hour. Fertility trials used kisspeptin-54 at 3.2 to 12.8 nmol/kg as one injection, or 6.4 nmol/kg twice a week.
Guides use 1 to 3 mL. 2 mL gives 5 mg per mL and is one guide's default; another uses 3 mL for about 3.33 mg per mL. Enter your vial and water in the calculator to get syringe units for your dose.
Guides do not split doses by sex. In the trials here, healthy men mostly got kisspeptin-10 by IV and women in fertility trials got kisspeptin-54 under the skin, both dosed per kg of body weight.
