Every KPV protocol on file, 18 in all, labelled by where each number came from. 1 have titration steps, each step is worked out in U-100 units for a 10 mg vial + 2 mL water.
Timing: Any consistent time.
| When | Dose | U-100 units (10 mg vial + 2 mL water) |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | 200 mcg | 4 units · 0.04 mL |
| Week 2 | 300 mcg | 6 units · 0.06 mL |
| Week 3 | 400 mcg | 8 units · 0.08 mL |
| Weeks 4 to 8 | 500 mcg | 10 units · 0.1 mL |
Timing: Any consistent time; no built-in rest days, since the animal work dosed continuously.
Who: After a 4 to 8 week course.
Note: One guide's scale, 2 to 10 times higher than the rest, with no source given.
Timing: Empty stomach, 30 minutes before food, because food peptides compete for the PepT1 transporter.
Timing: With meals, which contradicts the same site's empty-stomach advice.
Timing: Empty stomach for body-wide effects, with food to target the gut.
Timing: Empty stomach; delayed-release capsules to reach the colon.
Who: One source only. Given in 50 to 100 mL of saline.

10 mg is the most common vial, usually in 3 mL glass. The solution should be clear and colourless. Oral capsules are sold at 500 mcg to 1 mg or 500 mcg to 2 mg.
Skip it; do not double the next dose.
Most guides land at 200 to 500 mcg a day. The full spread is 200 mcg to 2 mg per dose. One guide argues that more than 500 mcg buys nothing documented, since KPV blocks NF-kB at about 10 nM in cells and 500 mcg already gives about 0.5 uM in plasma.
With 10 mg in 2 mL, 500 mcg is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. Use the calculator for other mixes.
