Note: From week 5 the plan holds at 1,200 mcg a day with no end point given. The site says it built the schedule itself by ordering reported doses, and that the figures come from nasal studies, not injection. On a 5 + 5 vial, 500 mcg of blend is 250 mcg of each.

Mixing Selank + Semax blend

Diluent: Bacteriostatic water

Water volumes sources use: 1 mL, 2 mL, 2.5 mL, 3 mL

Read the label for the mg of each peptide, not just the total: 10 mg vials are usually 5 + 5, 20 mg vials 10 + 10, and one 40 mg vial is 30 mg Selank with 10 mg Semax. No source we read gives a water volume for the 10 + 10 vial. Semax is light-sensitive, so keep the mixed vial dark.

Selank + Semax blend dosage questions

Does 10 mg mean each peptide or the total?

Usually the total: a 10 mg vial is 5 mg Selank plus 5 mg Semax. Some vials hold 10 mg of each (20 mg total), and one 40 mg vial is 30 mg Selank with 10 mg Semax. Check the label for the mg of each.

How much water goes in a 10 mg blend vial?

2 mL is common and gives 5 mg/mL; one guide uses 3 mL for about 3.33 mg/mL. A seller also lists 1 mL and 2.5 mL.

How many units is 500 mcg?

On a 10 mg vial with 2 mL of water, 500 mcg of blend is 10 units on a U-100 syringe, which is 250 mcg of each peptide. With 3 mL, one unit is about 33 mcg.

What dose of the blend do guides use?

Guides list 200 to 500 mcg of blend per dose, 1 to 2 times a day, and one runs 500 up to 1,200 mcg a day. These are guide conventions; no trial has dosed the pair.

How long does a mixed vial last?

About 28 days in the fridge at 2 to 8 C, kept dark. Do not freeze it once mixed.
