Anxiety, Russian label course (nasal drops)
Who: Adults with anxiety states, neurasthenia, stress or adjustment problems, per the Russian label
Note: The label gives drops, not micrograms. The mcg figure is one guide's restatement. Guides convert the label to anything from 450 to 900 mcg a day; 12 drops at 75 mcg each comes to 900, so the 450 figure does not add up. The Russian product is 0.15% (1.5 mg/mL) and one 3 mL bottle lasts about 5 to 7 days per the maker. The current label on Vidal (2025 registration) says only that the dose is set individually.
