Oral, daily (user reports)
Note: Users report 5 mg a day for two weeks, 10 mg a day planned as 1 month on and 1 off, and 15 mg a day for 20 days. A few go far higher, such as 40 mg a day.

Note: Users report 5 mg a day for two weeks, 10 mg a day planned as 1 month on and 1 off, and 15 mg a day for 20 days. A few go far higher, such as 40 mg a day.
Note: Spacing rests on the belief that Dihexa lasts for days. That belief comes from a rat study; in people the half-life of Dihexa itself has never been measured.
Timing: Morning, on an empty stomach.
Note: Start at 10 to 20 mg once a week and climb toward 50 to 100 mg. The same page's FAQ contradicts this with 10 to 20 mg a day and 1 to 5 mg by injection. The top of this ladder is far above what users report.
Timing: Inner elbows, forearms, backs of hands or neck.
Note: Reports include 4 mg each morning, 20 mg a day for 6 weeks, 10 mg every other day for 3 weeks, about 25 mg a day and 40 mg a day for about 10 days. Several felt little at first and noticed changes weeks later.
Note: One user's schedule, based on the long half-life seen in rats.
Note: New users start near 5 mg; some references go to 20 to 30 mg. Every figure traces to vendor copy and forums such as LongeCity. Also used sublingually and on the skin in DMSO.
Timing: A pea-sized amount on thin skin such as the inner wrist or forearm.
Note: A 1 to 5% cream is 10 to 50 mg per gram, compounded in a DMSO or penetration-enhancer base. The guide's instructions say 1 to 3 times a week and never daily, while its summary table says once daily. It gives no mg amount per application.
Note: Reports include 10 mg every second day, 15 mg spaced to make up for poor sublingual uptake, and a homemade DMSO solution at 1 to 2 mg every 2 to 3 days. Dihexa does not dissolve in water, so users dissolve it in DMSO first.
Doses shown are what sources report, labelled by origin. Not medical advice.
Diluent: DMSO (not bacteriostatic water)
Dihexa does not dissolve in bacteriostatic water. Users dissolve powder in pharma-grade DMSO, sometimes with PEG400, glycerin or ethanol, then apply it to skin, put it under the tongue or into a gel cap. One user got 50 mg into 1 mL of 99% DMSO.
There is no tested human dose. The most cited range is 5 to 20 mg once a day, with new users near 5 mg and some going to 20 to 30 mg. Others space 10 to 20 mg one to three times a week. All of it comes from vendors and forums.
It does not dissolve in bacteriostatic water. Users dissolve it in DMSO, and injection-grade DMSO is hard to find, so most people with 10 mg vials end up using it on the skin or under the tongue.
