  2. 2At the same IV dose in healthy men, GnRH raised LH about 3-fold more than kisspeptin-10.
  3. 3Kisspeptin acts one step higher: it makes the brain release its own GnRH. Gonadorelin is GnRH and acts straight on the pituitary.
