How it is thought to work. ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ are nuclear receptors that turn on genes for building mitochondria, burning fat and oxidative muscle fibres; they do not bind estrogen. SLU-PP-332 activates all three, most strongly ERRα (EC50 98 nM vs 230 nM for β and 430 nM for γ). In mouse muscle it switched on the same early genes as a treadmill run and raised oxidative fibres. Its heart benefit in mice ran mainly through ERRγ.

Calculate with this peptideYour vial, your water, your dose: SLU-PP-332 in syringe units, with the math shown. No validated rule exists, since there is no human half-life. Community oral users skip a missed dose rather than doubling the next one.
From clinical trials and regulatory documents.
No overt toxicity, normal blood counts and no creatine kinase signal at 50 mg/kg twice daily for 10 days; no rise in liver enzymes over 28 days
How people manage it
The ob/ob mouse study was cut to 12 days because the mice tolerated twice-daily abdominal injections poorly
From community reports and dosing guides. Not measured rates.
Reported by some users in the first 1 to 2 weeks; usually passes. One user on 500 mg a day orally reported lasting fatigue and low libido
Some users report deeper sleep, others mild insomnia at higher doses or a stimulated feeling
Reported by a subset of users; not measured in any controlled study
Mild GI discomfort in some users taking it by mouth or under the tongue
Reported with routine subcutaneous use
Reported by one oral-drop user at 1,200 to 1,800 mcg a day
Powder vials: -20 °C for the long term, or 2 to 8 °C for months. One app guide lists room temperature. As a small molecule it is sturdier than most peptides.
Fridge at 2 to 8 °C, protected from light. Use within 28 days per one guide, 30 days per another.
Tablets and capsules: cool, dry room temperature, away from light and humidity.
Mixed with: Bacteriostatic water
Mixing. Tablets and capsules need no mixing. Lab studies dissolved it in DMSO and Tween, not water, so how fully a water-mixed vial dissolves is not documented. A deepening yellow colour after mixing may mean the solution has degraded.
The most-cited pairing: ERR activation plus MOTS-c's AMPK signalling, two routes into the same mitochondrial machinery. One guide adds SS-31 for a three-part mitochondrial stack.
Part of a 'mitochondrial triple stack' in one guide: SLU-PP-332 10 to 15 mg a day oral, MOTS-c 500 mcg a day and SS-31 0.5 mg a day under the skin.
Pairs GH-driven fat breakdown and recovery with ERR-driven mitochondrial capacity; described as the most common stack by one guide.
Used next to a GLP-1 for fat loss: one user takes 1 mg SLU-PP-332 daily with 5 mg retatrutide. PeptIQ app users co-log it with retatrutide more than anything else.
Run together in metabolic stacks, often with AICAR and MOTS-c, by users chasing endurance and fat loss.
A chemically different pan-ERR agonist from the same lab that is orally bioavailable and matched SLU-PP-332's endurance effect in mice.
Mice only, plus cell work (including muscle cells from human biopsies treated in the dish). 50 mg/kg twice daily by abdominal injection: about 70% longer treadmill running after 7 days, and about 12% lower weight in obese mice after 28 days with no change in food intake. 25 mg/kg daily for 8 weeks reversed kidney ageing markers in old mice; it improved survival in a mouse heart failure model. No human trial is registered.
No approval, no trial program and not on FDA's compounding lists.
Not FDA approved for any use, and no human trial is registered. It is not on FDA's 503A nominated-substance lists or its compounding safety-risk page, so FDA has not evaluated it. Sold as a research chemical.
WADA's 2026 List does not name SLU-PP-332 and has no ERR-agonist class. S4.4 names AMPK activators (AICAR, MOTS-c, BAM15), PPARδ agonists and Rev-erbα agonists; SLU-PP-332 acts on a different receptor, so it does not plainly fit. The S0 catch-all bans substances in development with no human approval, which on plain wording could include it, but no ruling says so, so we mark it unknown. Two anti-doping labs published metabolite detection methods in 2026. One competitor cites an S4.5 class the 2026 List does not contain.
WADA: Not confirmed
A small synthetic molecule from Saint Louis University (hence SLU) that activates the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, β and γ. It is studied as an exercise mimetic: it turns on muscle genes that endurance training turns on.
No. It is a small organic molecule, C18H14N2O2 at about 290 g/mol, with no amino acids. Vendors list it with peptides because the same buyers want it.
In mice it raised energy use and fat burning, increased oxidative muscle fibres, extended treadmill running, reduced fat gain in obese mice, protected failing hearts and reversed kidney ageing markers. None of this has been tested in people.
Probably poorly. The lab that made it says SLU-PP-332 lacks oral bioavailability, and built SLU-PP-915 as the oral version. Every animal result came from injection into the abdomen. That matters because most product sold is tablets or capsules.
Injection matches the animal studies, though mice got it into the abdominal cavity, not under the skin. Oral is easier but rests on a compound its developers call not orally bioavailable. No human data settle it either way.
No human dose exists. Community injection doses run from 250 mcg to 1.5 mg a day, 1 to 5 mg a day split, up to 5 to 10 mg once daily. Oral users take 25 to 100 mg from 50 mg tablets. Mice got 25 to 50 mg/kg.
Some guides size the dose to fit a 5 mg vial (hundreds of mcg), others scale up the mouse dose by body surface area (hundreds of mg). One competitor puts the gap at roughly 1,000-fold. Neither approach has been tested in people.
A common choice is 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, giving 2.5 mg/mL; 10 units on a U-100 syringe is then 250 mcg. Guides also use 1 mL or 3 mL.
Not published. In mice it was still in plasma and muscle 2 to 6 hours after one injection, which is why the studies dosed twice a day. A competitor's 1.5-hour figure has no cited source.
No human data. Mice showed no overt toxicity and no liver enzyme rise. Users report early fatigue, sleep changes or a wired feeling, a higher resting heart rate in some, stomach upset with oral use and injection-site reactions.
In obese mice, yes: after 28 days they weighed about 12% less and gained under 0.5 g of fat versus about 5 g in controls, with no change in food intake. In normal chow-fed mice, total body weight did not change. No human data.
After 7 days at 50 mg/kg twice daily, sedentary mice ran about 70% longer and 45% farther than untreated mice. The effect disappeared in mice lacking muscle ERRα.
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule acting on ERR nuclear receptors; MOTS-c is a natural mitochondrial peptide acting through AMPK. Users often stack them. Neither has human efficacy trials.
Not FDA approved, no human trial registered, and not on FDA's compounding lists. It is sold as a research chemical, not a drug or supplement.
WADA does not name it on the 2026 List and has no ERR-agonist class. Its S0 class bans any compound still in development with no human approval, which on plain wording could include it, so we list the status as unknown. Anti-doping labs in Cologne and Los Angeles published ways to detect its metabolites in 2026.
Mostly endurance and cardio gains, often next to AICAR or MOTS-c, and use alongside retatrutide for fat loss. Reports are uncontrolled. PeptIQ app check-ins rate it mixed far more than favorable.
