  1. 1Cagrilintide is an amylin analogue; semaglutide is a GLP-1 agonist. They act on different receptors and are combined as CagriSema.
  2. 2REDEFINE 1 (68 weeks): CagriSema 20.4% vs 3.0% on placebo by treatment policy, and 22.7% in people who stayed on treatment. The cagrilintide-only arm is reported at 11.8% on treatment.
